Baby presses
Who needs weights when you ave adorable giggly babies to lift! Please be slow with them, and do not do until they can support
their own head unless, you have really big hands to hold the whole head, neck and body yourself.
For older children who want to join the fun, have them lay across your shins and lift with both arms and legs.
Rock and Roll
Essentially a crunch with a baby or child leaning against your legs (keep them up to support the baby, and put your arms on
either side to make a safe spot.) Kiss a toe or knee when you come up if you can. Watch your little one giggle at your attempts
if you can't!
Flying
Lay on your back knees bent legs up, place a baby on your legs and lift up and down, slower for smaller babies, You can do
this before they can fully support their own head if your shins are long enough to support the whole baby. Hold them in place
with your hands as you lift and lower them.
For older children hold on to hands while they balance their legs on your shins.
Hide and seek leg lifts
Just do leg lifts of your favorite type with baby laying so you can 'peek' back at your baby when the leg goes up, and 'hide'
when it goes down. Or the other way around if you prefer.
