But it sounds like the Readers Digest Change One?

Not quite

The main difference is that I started this long before Readers Digest put their money into Change One. I personally from all I have heard like change one, except for two drawbacks.

First, you have to pay

Yeah sure they put the research in and run the website so they want money, no problem, but I am super cheap, never pay for something when a higher quality product can be found cheaper or better yet free.

Second, they refused to help me

Ok actually I respect them for this. I filled out the free startup thing shortly affter my second child was born, I weighed 147. at 6 ft tall there is no weight to lose. but there was plenty of healthier eating needed, and plenty of firming up I needed, but the Readers Digest diet is just that, a diet, it's not about your health after weight loss. But if you need the continual reminders that it offers, go for it! Come back when you have lost the weight and want to keep improving your health.
