For rent in summer season

Rate:  $2,200/2 weeks; $4,000/month
Minimum stay:  2 weeks
Additional refundable $500 security deposit required
Payment due upon acceptance of reservation

Rent includes:
Use of linens, towels, blankets
Use of refrigerator/stove/dishwasher/microwave, dishes, kitchen utensils
Use of washer, dryer
Use of two canoes
Use of games:  pingpong, horseshoes, bocce, inside board games
Use of books in library
Use of stereo/CD/radio and VCR
Use of woodburning stove
Use of two window air conditioners
Reasonable use of electricity and gas
Local telephone service, trash pickup, lawn care, professional cleaning fee

Rules:
Absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere on property
No pets allowed
Renters under 25 years old not accepted unless accompanied by parent or guardian
Maximum occupancy:  5 persons
Renters to return property in clean and good condition, and are responsible for damage to property
