Haunted mobile home

It was around 1993, I was about 24, and I had moved into an old mobile home with a good friend of mine.  Now, keep in mind I had been away in the Army for 3 years and had moved out of the house when I was 18, so being out on my own wasn't something new and scary.  Anyway, shortly after we moved in I started to get a creepy feeling about the place.  There was nothing in particular that I could put my finger on or name but something just wasn't right.  My roommate, Bob, and I had different schedules and weren't both home at the same time a lot and I noticed I had a hard time sleeping if he wasn't home.  One evening I was sitting up reading, waiting for him to come home, when the back door flew open.  I went over to close it but since it was never used, I had to go outside and lift up on it to push it closed.  I went back inside; made sure I locked the door and then went back to reading.  Less than 5 minutes later the door flew open again.  It wasn't a particularly windy night or anything so I did not see a natural cause for this.  I went back outside and closed the door, double-checking that it was firmly latched, and then back inside to lock it.  This time I turned on an extra light before returning to my book.  Less than 5 minutes later the front door flew open.  That was the end of the activity for that night.

Another time I was taking a shower and a song came into my head.  As I was thinking about it, I suddenly heard it playing on the stereo in the living room.  At the time, I figured Bob had come home and had turned it on and it was a big coincidence.  As soon as the song was over there was silence.  I finished up and looked but I was the only one home.  I looked at the stereo, there were no CDs in the changer, and it was set to CD so the tuner couldn't have played.  When Bob got home, I asked him if he had been home earlier and he said no.
