While the Targettes (whelped July 4,2000,sired by Trader,
Ch.Wildfire's Tradewinds) have been growing up, Momma Target has been busy,too. Target and her half-sister Edith had an exciting weekend in Palm Springs, capped off on Sunday with Target going WB from the open class for a 4 pt. major under
Dr. Richard Greathouse.

In spite of being owner "mishandled" Target did really well.I wasn't supposed to be showing her that weekend. Her co-owner, breeder-judge Lorraine Gyenge had conflicts all weekend, so just three weeks after some "surprise" surgery I showed Target all three days at Palm Springs. I barely made it around the ring during breed judging, but it was worth it!
