Computer Security

NebraskaCert is Nebraska's premiere Computer Security Organization - I'm also a member of the board of directors.  NebraskaCert also runs the NebraskaCertConfernence which is an excellent security conference here in Nebraska.

Linux

The Omaha Linux User Group is a good group of linux enthusiasts in the Omaha area.  I've done a presentation or two for the group and always find them to be true believers in the Linux cause.

Knoppix is the ultimate gateway drug to Linux.  Its hardware autodetection, ease of installation, ability to remaster make it one of the best ways to introduce people to Linux.

Life (It may be sad that Life comes last in my list of links)

GetFuzzy is the source for all of life's lessons.  Bucky is who you are and Satchel is the who you wished you were.

Grasshopper Takeover is a set of local Omaha Boys who done made good.  An excellent band, I recommend you download a few mp3s and buy an album of theirs.
