Presentations
Here are links to a Few presentations I've done.  I'm planning on getting more of them up here as time/space permit.
2004 Infotec talk

Network Intrusion Prevention Systems: Do They have  a Place on Your Network?

Introductory talk to a few of the concepts of NIPS systems.  Emphasis mostly on Hogwash and Snort-Inline with some talk about other systems such as http_filter and the like.

2004 April CSF

This is a presentation I gave at the April 2004 NEbraskaCERT Cyber Security Forum It covers a few of the security certifications that are out there and some of my experiences with them.  I hold the CISSP and Security+ certifications presently.

2003 September CSF

A presentation I gave about Bootable Linux CD-Rom toolkit distributions.  Mostly talking about Knoppix-STD and other similar presentations.  A pretty good talk for its time but since then there has been an explosion of these type of toolkits such as Phlak.
