Groom Creek Productions is
dedicated to creating quality, marketable motion pictures with special individual attention focused on
each project We are passionate in telling unique and entertaining character driven stories that are an interest
to our great planet, as well as sometimes being just plain fun !
Although not a professional
musician, Jeff is very passionate about his music as well, believing that music is a very important part of
a motion picture. Being raised listening to such Jazz greats as Miles, Monk, and Coltrane, Jeff has acquired a very versatile
taste in music. “Music is a language that crosses all cultural, geographical, political, and even religious
boundaries.” - JRS
Our work ethics reflect honest,
hard working individuals that always put the film first. Jeff's mantra "Filmmaking is a collaborative art form..." is true
- filmmaking is one of the few art forms that require a collaborative effort in order to make a good picture.
Groom Creek Productions is
very open minded, and of course in this age there are many ways to make a movie, yet we maintain a basic studio
structure to create quality motion pictures. Jeff believes
that there can be great motion pictures that are innovative and challenging,
and still have a strong claim in the mainstream movie market.
"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambition. Small people
always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great." --- Mark Twain

NEWS!
Newest project to date:
Closer To The Sun
My most exciting project to date - it is bursting with heart and soul! We will post more information very soon;
this film is in early script stage but is flying together!
Our other current project in developement is an exciting character-driven
adventure named
THE SEVENTH CITY (VINTAGE SUPERSTITIONS).
-- A
heritage richer than gold is discovered as two brothers set off on an expedition to the Superstition
Mountains, where their father’s remains were found.
This marks Jeff's first film project since his two year battle with cancer. He is very excited
about the story, a character-driven adventure, loosely based around the legendary, mystery shrouded and historic Superstition
Mountains in his home state of Arizona.
Things are coming together very nicely, and even though he is taking his time developing the
project, it is rapidly approaching a production date.
