E-49 Exemption Form

Use this form to apply for exemption to your Dues and Assessements.  To qualify, you must have had NO compensated service in the previous calender month to qualify for exemption in the following month.  For example, if you work ends on July 20th, then you owe your Dues for August.  If you are off for the whole calender month of August, then you qualify for exemption of dues and assessments for September, if you file for the exemption with an E-49 request form.  You can fill one out and send it to S&T Maskill or fill one out at this web site.  If you have any questions please contact Brother Maskill or your Local Chairman
