We are always looking for people interested in joining GRIP.

Who Can Join?

We invite anybody interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on to join. Members must be able to dedicate enough time to participate and make a difference in the organization.

However, each of us has different assets.  Some people like to be in the public eye, and will speak out at public hearings or write letters to the editor or to your local town board or senator.

Others prefer to work behind the scenes, and maybe help with mailings or other duties.  You may want to support an issue through GRIP by giving a donation, or putting up a lawn sign.

You may feel strongly about zoning, but not about another issue.  We will accept whatever time, thought or effort you are willing to offer.

How Can You Join?

We have no formal membership or dues.  Just by visiting us here, you have joined the effort to protect and preserve property rights.    However, we would like if you contacted us with your information so that we can keep you informed on the issues.

Benefits of Joining

There is strength in numbers.  Also, many of us face issues that others have faced before, and can relate to.  Maybe members can help you with a Planning Board issue, or laying the groundwork for a lawsuit.  Our strength as individuals multiplies when we go to the voting booth!
