Douglas Edison Harding

The work "Head Off Stress" is a how to book of colossal proportions. His, is a way of looking at the spiritual search from a scientific viewpoint. Instead of asking his readers to meditate on I am, or realize that they already have the answer, he shows you what to do. His experiments have to be honestly accomplished my the reader however. I read the experiments without doing them. Don't  make that same mistake. There is great value in the seemingly simple conclusions that one will arrive at. But follow the procedures, to the letter. Their is a daily procedure at the end of this composition that is to be repeated until the experiments become second nature.

Another excellent publication is "Look For Yourself". This a collection of 29 articles spanning 40 years. There are many diverse articles from which to get a better understanding of Harding's perspective.

Another,  excellent book is "Face To No-Face" This work has been Edited by David Lang who has done and excellent job of compiling this edition that includes two resent workshops, and a question and answer section that is very valuable. Highly recommended reading.
