Dignity/Buffalo is the region's oldest gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Christian organization. As a faith community rooted Catholic tradition, Dignity/Buffalo provides a home where GLBT people can explore and share their spirituality. We gather monthly to celebrate liturgy at a member's home. We also host discussion groups, seasonal retreats and a variety of social events. All of these events are open to the GLBT community, our families and friends.

Dignity/Buffalo is part of Dignity/USA, the United States' largest and most progressive organization of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender Catholics.

Dignity/USA envisions and works for a time when Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Catholics are affirmed and experience dignity through the integration of their spirituality with their sexuality, and as beloved persons of God participate fully in all aspects of life within the Church and Society.
