Greenlights reserves the right to change its offerings, terms, policies, and pricing for products and/or shipping at any time.
Return Policy:
Broken, defective, or incorrectly received Greenlights products may be sent back for replacement using the following procedure. Failure to follow this procedure will result in processing delays, at the least.
- Within 30 days of the date on the included invoice, contact Greenlights to receive authorization for the return by using the contact page.
- With return authorization, mail only the broken, defective, or incorrect parts to the address on the contact page. The returned item must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on the included invoice and will be paid for by the sender.
- Only the parts mailed back and authorized for return will be replaced. Greenlights will pay the return shipping cost.
