Lollipops & Bubble Gum

What delight!
A rainbow of choices,
An overflowing bowl of flavors,
I don't know which one
I should pick.

Grape like purple pleasure,
Or Lime so green and pure,
Cherry with a tang and red,
Oh golly, I cannot
Make up my mind.

You told me to take just one
Why have you done this to me?
Don't you know that
A bowl, full of flavors
Will drive a young girl bonkers?

But, wait!
Your back is turned!
I can plunge my hand deep
Into the center and take
My fill, but no... I'm Jenny.

Pure and sweet and
Honest as the day is long.
Actually, I have your blood
In my veins, so shucks,
I think I'll take just three.
