I choose to experience only good
vibes,
To live with love as the Bible prescribes,
Hope and goodness flowing planet-wide,
Americans brimming-full of newborn pride.
But, now we face an ethical
decision,
Iraqis killing Kurds with military precision,
We, “urged them on,” then watched them die,
Did not enforce, our control of the sky.
The innocent Kurds, hungry and
fleeing,
We gazed at our tubes without really seeing,
They have fled to the borders and there to die,
We've let 'em be exterminated, can I ask, “Why?”
How can we sleep with the job
incomplete,
Watched them massacred, while in full retreat,
If, as we were told, we rule the sky,
Why have so many guiltless, had to die?
Is this a sample of our leader's
ability?
Decision makers must pay for their culpability,
For this is shameful and does not sit right,
Are we going to condone this, without a fight?
I, for one will take them to task,
Give vent to my anger, yank off their mask,
No longer to hide behind their own blunders,
I will cast my vote and that can work wonders!
But what about you, dare I ask how
you feel?
Seeing their plight doesn't strike you as real?
I think the Desert needs a bit more Storm'n,
Leave the murderer's justice to our main-man, Norman.

you angry too?
