Patriot Papillon Specialty 2006, Award of Merit-Judge Peggy Hauck

As the show year winds down we are going to take a break until the end of January, when we come out to do agility. We had another fantastic year earning a few more titles especially BEST IN SPECIALTY. I am really looking forward to having a competitve 2008, in agility. Our primary focus is now shifted to agility. Although we will still compete in conformation shows and strive to attain the "Perfect Papillon," we hope we can do as well in the agility standings as we did in conformation. Thanks to all of you that supported us last year!

December 2007
-9th Sasha, completes her requirements for her Therapy Dog title!

-16th Tux, owned by Ellen Parkin takes his first two points with Winners Dog and Best of Winners in VA Beach.

- 7th Justine, now owned by Draco Papillons goes Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best Opposite Sex on Friday. Saturday and Sunday she also takes Winners Bitch for a total of 5 points in NC.

November
- 26th BB and Bert take Winners Bitch and Best Opposite in MD, On Monday but the major breaks!

- 23rd BB and Bert take Reserve winners bitch in MD.

- 10th Bert and BB take Best of Breed in Greensboro, NC on Saturday and RWB on Sunday. BB has nine points towards her AKC Championship.

- 2nd and 3rd Bert and BB take WB in VA Beach VA on Friday and RWB on Saturday. BB has nine points towards her AKC Championship.

October
- 6th Sasha and Anne place first in Open Standard and first in Open Jumpers for a Double Q!!!!!!!!!!

- 13th Sasha and Anne get 1st in Open Standard. The are first in the 8" Jump height division and complete their Open Standard title.

- 14th Sasha and Anne place first in Open Jumpers and complete their Open Jumpers with Weaves title.

- BB and Bert Take WB/OS in MD on Friday and WB/OS on Sunday.

September
- 22nd Sasha and Anne Place first in Novice Standard and first in Novice Jumpers for a Double Q and complete the Novice A Jumpers Title!!!

- 23nd Sasha and Anne place first in Novice Standard and first in Novice Jumpers for another Double Q and complete the Novice A Standard Title!!!!!

- 29th Sasha and Anne place first in Open Standard and first in Open Jumpers for their first Double Q in open.

- Bert and BB take Reserve WB in Warrenton VA both Saturday and Sunday.

August
- Sasha and Anne do their first Rally trial and qualify in Rally Novice

- Bert and BB take WB in Greensboro, NC for two points.

- Bert and BB take WB on Thursday in Raleigh, RWB on Friday, RWB on Sunday and WB/BOW and OS on Monday in Raleigh, NC.

- Derrick Nettles takes Best Junior at the Patriot Papillon Specialty in NH.

July
- Sylvio retires from campaigning and enjoys his days at home lounging :)!

- Roanoke VA, Justine shows for the first time and takes WB for one point.

- Sasha and Anne go to their third agility trial and get their 1st qualification in Novice Agility Standard. The are first in the 8" Jump height division.

- Sasha and Anne go to their 4th agility trial and get their 1st qualification in Novice Agility Jumpers with Weaves. The are first in the 8" Jump height division.

- Bert and Sylvio have a great weekend and win BOB both days in West VA, and Group 3 on Saturday and Sunday.

June
- Anne and Sasha compete in their second agility trial and do well but do not qualify.

- Richmond, VA Sylvio takes BOB both days, his son Matisse takes Winners Dog/Best of Winners and his other son Tux takes Reserve Winners Dog. Lucy takes Winners bitch and Best of Opposite.

- Anne and Sylvio fly to Chicago Papillon Specialty and win BEST IN SPECIALTY under judge Sari Tietjen.

- Sylvio takes BOB and Group 3 under Murrel Purkiser in Charlottesville, VA

May
- Sylvio takes a Group 3 and Group 4 in Tenn.

CH Amoure Beau's Clever Endeavor, Sasha goes to her first agility trial. She did very well and had a little too much fun :)) visiting the ring stewards when she should have been running her course. Back for more practice!!

- Was show chair for Gloucester Kennel Club of VA in Hampton VA.
- We did not exhibit at our shows but had a great time and super entry. Congratulations to the winners!

- AM CAN BIS CH Monarch's Come Dance With Me, Sylvio, takes BOB both days in Fredericksburg VA, handled by owner.

- At the Spartanburg Kennel Club match Amoure Beau's Paris Belle takes Best Toy Puppy in Match!! Congratulations to her owner Angie Brown of Asheville, NC!

MARCH
- Travel to Crufts Dog Show in Birmingham England (without dogs) Have a great time and meet many new friends.

- JRF's Lifes a Ball, "Lucy" takes reserve winners bitch on Friday and WB/BOW/OS on Sunday in Ohio, under Ed Bivin. (Chinese Crested)

- Amoure Beau's Paris Belle takes Winners Bitch in the 6-9 month puppy bitch class under Bill Cuningham.

- Amoure Beau's Paris Belle takes Winners Bitch, Best of Winners and Best Opposite from the 9-12 month puppy bitch for her first points in the 6-9 month puppy bitch class under Mr. Frank Washabaugh, She also takes BEST PUPPY!

FEBRUARY
- Metropolitan Papillon Specailty, Amoure Beau's Get Jiggy goes third in the 6-9 month puppy dogs class with tough competition.

- Amoure Beau's Paris Belle takes Winners Bitch for her first points in the 6-9 month puppy bitch class under Ms. Sandra Goose Allen.

- Amoure Beau's Paris Belle takes Reserve Winners Bitch in the 6-9 month puppy bitch class under Ms. Denny Mounce.

JANUARY 2007 -Time off!!!!
