From the Desk of Laura Bell Bundy:

There is a divine force pulling me in a new direction. I had two-year contract. That two years is up, and it is the right time to continue discovering what life has in store for me. I am exited about the journey ahead, however the hardest part is leaving my GL family. I feel nothing but love for everyone there. They are the most wonderful group of people, and I have gained so much from them-- especially their LOVE. It is my every intention to keep my friendships with them in the future.

Guiding Light has been one of the greatest experiences of my life-- I have learned so much as an actress, and as a person. I want to thank the fans for their love and support over the last few years... There would not be Guiding Light without you. I will leave you with a quote from a song my best friend Amber Rhodes wrote:

"The winds of change sometimes bring pain, but we should not question why... Cause the darkest times can be a blessing in disguise."
