    This well-furnished luxury condo is two blocks from the beach, near a quiet nature reserve, overlooking the Sarasota Bay and the Sandy Pointe swimming pool. Visit "Cafe at the Beach", and the Anna Maria fishing pier for great food and family fun! Tampa/St Pete 40 minutes away, and Disney World within reach (2 hrs.)

    RENTAL INFORMATION and AVAILABLE DATES

    Basic Rental Rates:

    • Summer/Fall (May - December): $550/wk, $1,800/mo
    • Winter (January): $695/wk, $2,400/mo
    • Spring (Feb - Apr): $2,700/mo or $750/wk
    • Weeks that include Memorial Day, July 4, Christmas and New Years': $100 more


      • NOTE: 4% Resort Tax, imposed by Florida's Manatee County, and 6.5% Florida State sales tax will be added
      A cleaning fee of $70 also applies.
      Also, the condo has bedding for six.

      The rental process is EASY!

    • Step 1: Check the availability table for the week you want

    • Step 2: Send us an Email telling us what week you want

    • Step 3: We will answer your Email within 24 hours in most cases (unless we are "on the road") and will Email back a one-page agreement for you to review

    • Step 4: Sign the agreement and return it with a $250 down payment (balance is due one month prior to the start of your rental)

      • THAT'S IT - The week is yours!
