GradeMail is free software designed to allow teachers to easily notify
students of their scores and grades as soon as they are determined and recorded. The teacher can send an individual
email or print reports for each student to be notified with only several clicks of the mouse.
GradeMail automatically reads all the information required from the
teacher's normal grade spreadsheet (must use standard MS Excel .xls file format) and formats the emails to be sent or reports
to be printed. The teacher's email account is used to send the grade reports.
