Integrative health care is a thoughtful blending of complementary
holistic practices with a doctor's conventional medical treatments. It is definitely not an either/or approach. Instead
it seeks to incorporate both in order to address the whole person: your body, your emotions, your mind, your relationships
and Spirit.
Taking into account the unique needs of her clients, Grace uses
either one modality or a combination of the following modalities in order to optimize recovery:
Healing is effected through a commitment to ongoing care, behavioral
change and honest dialogue between client and practitioner.
- Clients remain clothed during sessions.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal
guardian at all times.
Professional Fees/Suggested Donation:
For patients who
are referred by their doctor, and whose insurance covers visits, there is a professional fee which is billed to directly to
the insurance.If you do not have this type of insurance, then services
are provided on a donation basis.
About making donations...
Donations for curanderismo healing
sessions -- especially for visiting indigenous teachers and elders: It is suggested that you take into consideration the complexity
of your unique circumstances, the healer's knowledge, training and duration of session(s), when considering the
amount to be donated.
As a rough rule of thumb, consider what you would customarily pay per hour for an appointment with
a massage therapist, physician or other health care professional, then make your offering
in the sincerest capacity so that you will not feel burdened. In this manner, the circle is complete and the blessings generated
are experienced by all.
Workers Compensation cases:
Clients with a pending Workers Compensation case are accepted with
prior authorization of the primary physician and insurance carrier (the insurance is billed directly for services once authorization
is granted). A signed authorization to release information must be on
file in order to provide information to doctors and insurance carriers. Keenan & Associates is one carrier with whom Grace
is listed as an authorized service provider.

Doctor's patients who are referred to Grace,
receive support that can promote their responding optimally to their medical treatment. Bolstered by biofield therapy, many
clients have undergone stressful medical procedures such as chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, and certain medication programs
with surprising degrees of comfort and resiliency, experiencing less than the expected amounts of side effects.
Learning reiki give you a new way to use your
own healing ability to regain or maintain good health. As a practitioner, you can also help enhance your family's health by regularly giving
reiki to your spouse, parents, siblings and children. Even animal companions and plants benefit from treatments.
Grace's teaching style is structured, creative, yet informal and set in an environment
that is peaceful, harmonious and safe. She enjoys teaching people from all walks of life -- and especially helping students
develop their unique healing ability and own teaching style.
