Prior to Evergreen Blueshoes, Skip released scores of singles, many with Gary Paxton.

Between various bands, Skip toured constantly,  often in Europe, with Sneeky Pete Kleinow, Gene Parsons, Greg Harris ond other members of the Burrito family.

His last known session works were on the album "Heading Out" by Connie Cohen  released in 1999, on a song called "You Could Be The One", along with Brian "QTN" Cutean's  "Parakeetfishhead" released in 2000.

He was not only one of the best practioners of what I like to call "Lead Bass" he was also an accomplished pianist.  He also spoke (and sang in) fluent Italian.  His distinctive vocals and songwriting were a great addition to any band he was involved in.

"LIVE in ITALY", on moondance records credited to Skip,Sneaky Pete and italian guitar player Ricky Mantoan (also in the family tree vith john york), it should be from 1985 (recorded the year before).
