MEMBERSHIP, BENEFITS & REFERRAL DISCOUNTS
INFORMATION
You can play one tournament without paying
the membership dues or $10 guest fee. "GOLF fore SINGLES" Membership
dues are $95 (renewed on your anniversary date) plus $25 SCGA (renewed each
December). This includes two weeks priority tournament entry, "HOLE-IN-ONE" award, SCGA Membership, monthly index card, Southern
California Golf Association "Fore" Magazine, reduced green fees at the
SCGA Rancho California golf course, bag tag, club newsletter and bragging
rights to being a member of the best singles golf group in Southern California!
If you refer someone that joins the group, you receive a $10 certificate for a
future outing.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION AND FEES
I sign contracts one year in advance to
reserve a course. The courses add a $10 per player tournament surcharge and
most dictate $10-$12 per person power carts be used (courses that permit
walking are identified) and I add $10 to cover prize and tournament expenses.
Total tournament cost average $60 when cart is included and $50 when carts are
optional. Due dates are determined by the full payment due date to the courses
(varies from two to four weeks in advance). Members have priority over guests
until 14 days prior to a tournament and the earlier you sign up the lower your
potential wait list position will be. It is a good idea to call ahead or E-mail to reserve a spot in advance of mailing your check,
as I am often permitted to add on foursomes.
