Charles "Chaz" Dewsbury is a freelance pipe organ designer/builder, with over 30 years of experience in the business.
Mentored by the late Allan Van Zoeren, he served as pipe shop manager for Van Zoeren Organbuilders, Inc. and Rodgers Instrument
Corporation, supervising the building and installation of several hundred pipe installations across the continental U.S.,
Hawaii, Japan, Korea, South America and the Caribbean.
Dewsbury is one of a small number of artisans working
in the U.S. today that is trained in the old-school tradition of organbuilding, while utilizing the new technologies available
to the art.
Dewsbury calls Saint Augustine, Florida home, but spends much of his time traveling across the country
