Binah is the Holy Spirit, is the Third Logos, the Lord Shiva of the Hindus, which manifests as sexual potency in everything that is, has been and will be.
The Holy Spirit is that sexual force that we see in the pistils of the flowers, that which expresses itself in the creative organs of all species that live. The marvelous force without which the universe could not exist..
From Ain Soph, the super divine atom, emanated Kether, Chokmah and Binah, the crown of life, the shining dragon of wisdom...
The Holy Spirit unfolds into an ineffable woman. She is the Divine Mother; she dresses in a white robe and blue mantle. The Holy Spirit is Shiva the Divine Spouse of Shakti, the Divine Mother Kundalini.
