The Erroneous Functioning of the Instinctive
Center
The planetary
body or physical body is sometimes found sick, sometimes healthy and so
on successively.
We always believe we have some knowledge of our physical
body, however, in reality not even the best scientists of the world know
much about the body of flesh and blood.
There is no doubt that the physical body given its tremendous
and complex organization is certainly very much beyond our comprehension.
The concrete case can happen that we are erroneously related with the physical body and because
of this we become sick.
When one administers to oneself the shock of self-remembering,
there is certainly produced a miraculous change in all the functioning
of the body, such that the cells receive a different nourishment.
The center of
gravity of that cylinder is found located in the inferior section of the
dorsal spine; however, its influence encompasses the whole of the human
organism.
The specific functions of the instinctive center should
not be confused with that of the motor center, since they are of course
different, even when along with the sexual center, they are made to work
in a coordinated and harmonious manner. In universal Gnosticism one speaks
of the three brains, to wit: the intellectual
brain, the emotional brain and the motor-instinctive-sexual brain.
One should keep in mind, however, that the motor functions are acquired, they are learned,
while the instinctive functions are innate.
The functions of the instinctive center are the following:
| breathing, |
| blood circulation |
| digestion |
| all the internal functions of the physical organism,
since the external functions are reduced only to reflexes. |
activities related to the five senses
(sight, smell, hearing, taste and touch) |
| instinctive thinking |
| practical intuition |
| maternal or paternal love |
| the sexual instinct |
| the survival instinct |
| other normal instinctive functions that unfortunately
are adulterated. |
The instinctive cylinder works in an independent manner
and possesses within itself, the necessary conditions to face life.
Consciousness should handle the instinctive functions
since it has the power to do it, but in the actual conditions of the "humanoid"
these are carried out without the intervention of the will and of the consciousness.
It is good to point out that every physical sickness is
provoked by the erroneous functioning of the centers because the dominion
over them is carried out by the "I" of experimental psychology.
The impacts of the "I" sicken the vital body,
they harm it, and this immediately has repercussions in all the centers,
very particularly in the instinctive center.
As this center and all the centers
come to be at the service of the essence, all possibility of sickness disappears.
