The Gnostic Center of Los Angeles is part of a worldwide network of centers which are devoted to making Gnosis available to all of humanity. It is made up of students and instructors who join together to study, teach, and practice Gnosis. The Gnostic Center , an authentic initiatic school, is a non-profit organization, and is supported entirely by voluntary donations from its students and participants. No instructor or other participant receives remuneration for his or her services.

All courses and seminars offered at the Gnostic Center are very profound and offer a wealth of information, much of which cannot be found anywhere else. Emphasis is always placed on a balanced approach to the development of each individual. Classes consist of various levels of instruction, including public course modules and internal studies. Public courses are available at the center on Monday evenings. A new course begins every three months, and usually lasts for 10 weeks. Since Gnosis is a very practical doctrine, every class contains both a lecture and a guided exercise. The following list contains the titles of some of the courses that have been offered in the past:

• Mi-Lam - The Tibetan Yoga of the Dream State
• The Initiatic Teachings of Ancient Civilizations
• Karma, the Mystical Experience, and Self-Realization

In addition one-day seminars are occasionally offered on Saturdays, and include both lectures and guided exercises. Past seminars have included:

• Entering the Silence
• Astral Travel
• The Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation
• Imagination, Clairvoyance, and Intuition
• Conversing with Mother Earth

THE GNOSTIC CENTER'S
INTERNAL STUDIES PROGRAM

The internal studies consist of advanced courses that are not available to the public, but rather are open only to students who have successfully completed several public courses. The internal studies offer the serious student the opportunity to develop further in both the study and practice of Gnosis by taking a deeper look at all the important concepts and practices that are essential to inner growth. This demands more participation and commitment than in the public courses, but in this way the student obtains a more profound understanding of the Gnostic esoteric work.
