Columbia Model AQ

Columbia Model AQ The Columbia Model AQ was available from 1903 through 1910. This machine is similar to the European "Puck" machines.

It was the cheapest cylinder phonograph sold by Columbia. Sears sold this machine with a brass-belled horn and 24 two-minute cylinders for $8.75 in 1908 under the name "Oxford Jr."

Notice the unique forked half-nut.
