The $2000 she got from the 81 Cutlass went towards this car. My wife had always wanted one of these. This is her 86 Oldsmobile Cutlass Salon 442. We got it with just over 100,000 miles but it was all highway miles. She ran like a tight wound top. We got it from the original owner and lots of paperwork with it also. Took a while to do anything to the car. We eventually got a Hypertech chip and an Accell Super Coil. I made a bit of a shift improver for it and later on we added some Flowmasters. It is still pretty much stock, but just sounds mean as hell. It doesn't get driven much, mostly we are afraid of it getting hit or damaged.
