In September of 98, a co-worker told me to go check out this car lot. I drove by on a test drive and I saw a perfect car. An 84 Buick Regal T-Type. I stopped and took some pics and told the guy I'd be back later, that I had to go talk to the bank. I went back about a day later and he told me they finance in house. I took my beloved Vega and yellow Monza in as trades. I got the car really cheap since he didn't really know it was more than a Regal. It was bone stock and almost perfect. It had the differential changed out at one time with a 7.5". After taking posession of it, I realized it had the wrong gears in it also. I eventually got ahold of the proper 8.5" diff and installed that. I also found out the torque converter was the wrong one for the engine. It turned out to be a 1300 stall when the factory rating would have been a 2024. She has remained stock with the exception of a K&N cone filter and home made cold air kit. She has a Walbro 304 pump and a Casper's chip. She gets around 32mpg on the highway so I haven't had the urge to modify. I call it the Dr Pepper car because the color matches the can color almost perfectly.

These are the pics from the car lot.
