Coaching Staff

Coach Walters is also the Head Volleyball Coach of the Milford High School Volleyball Program. He previously coached Eastern Brown to three straight years of being ranked in the top 10 in Ohio in Division III. Eastern also won four consecutive undefeated league titles in Coach Walters last four seasons. Coach Walters was also named Coach of the Year in the Southern Hills Leage for four consecutive seasons before coming to Milford. His career coaching record is 128-73 at the varsity level. Coach Walters has been the club director of the Greater Miami Volleyball Club (formerly Brown County Volleyball Club) since its beginning. Coach Walters has been married to his wife, Angela, for ten years. Together they have one daughter, Caitlyn.

Coach Andrews was a four-year member of the varsity team at Eastern Brown High School where she was named the MVP for three seasons. She was also named an All-Ohio player her senior year in Division III. Coach Andrews then went on to play a major role at Urbana University until a back injury sidelined her. She also played at Clermont College and helped lead her team to Clermont's first ever appearance in the National Tournament where they finished in 5th place. Coach Andrews is also currently the coach of the Milford 7th Grade White Team.

Coach Willis is entering her first season with the Greater Miami Volleyball Club. Coach Willis has previously served as the Head Varsity Coach at St. Bernard High School. While at St. Bernard she rebuilt the program to one of the top small school programs in the city and received the Miami Valley Conference Coach of the Year award twice. Coach Willis also has previous JO coaching experience with the Eastern Hills Volleyball Club.

Coach Karason is entering her first season with the Greater Miami Volleyball Club. She is also currently the 8th grade coach at Nagle Middle School. Coach Karason played volleyball in the Catholic league of Chicago and also played on many national level JO teams during her high school career. Coach Karason is currently a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati working towards her Doctorate.

Coach McCarty is the Freshman Volleyball Coach at Milford High School. She has previously coached for the Brown County Volleyball Club, the Southwest Thunderbirds Volleyball Club, and served as an assistant coach at Williamsburg High School

Coach Jackson has previously coached CYO volleyball for 5 seasons and assisted with the GMVC-16-1 team and GMVC-17 team last season.

Coach Cooper is the Varsity Assistant Coach at Milford High School and is a former member of the Milford High School volleyball program. She has also coached and assisted in the CYO volleyball program.
