Gerald
began his career during high school performing as a singer/dancer in a
musical review at Six Flags Over Georgia. And then, after declining a
scholarship to Savannah College of Art and Design, trained in the prestigious
BFA musical theatre program at Florida State University. While home in
Atlanta, during Christmas break of his sophomore year, he survived a near
fatal car crash in which he sustained a short term coma and a severe head
injury. Upon his discharge from the hospital, many months of physical
and mental rehabilitation were required. After his recuperation he continued
perusing his career in Atlanta and shortly after moved to NY engendering
a prolific commercial acting career and establishing himself as one of
America's top commercial actors. After touring Europe as “Jesus” in JESUS
CHRIST SUPERSTAR work as a singer brought him to LA. |

Gerald
currently plays “Bobby Dawson” on the CBS hit show CSI and was
a recurring guest host on FYE! on E! TV airing in nearly 500 million
homes worldwide. He performed the theme song from his directorial debut
film, The Moment After, while in Egypt, as a guest on Dr. Hala
Sarahn’s internationally renowned talk show. He’s had recurring roles
on the hit Spelling shows Melrose Place and Beverly Hills, 90210.
Other television appearances include the Emmy nominated TNT movie of the
week Pirates of Silicon Valley starring Noah Wiley and Anthony
Michael Hall for which he received a mention in the Daily Variety, Navy
NCIS, 7th Heaven, Chicago Hope, Leaving LA, In the Heat of the Night,
and brief stints on the daytime soap operas All My Children, One Life
to Live and Port Charles. Among others, he appears in the critically
acclaimed film Auggie Rose with Jeff Goldblum and Anne Heche. And
his film, The Moment After, has garnered critical praise and awards
world wide. |
