Richard A. Sprague, Esq.

Mr. Sprague is a well known Philadelphia attorney, formerly Chief Counsel and Director of the House of Representatives, investigating the murders of John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King.


After joining the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in 1958, Mr. Sprague served as a Chief Assistant District Attorney, Chief of the Prosecution Division, Chief of the Trial Division and Chief of the Homicide Division. From 1966 to 1974, he was the First Assistant District Attorney of Philadelphia County. Mr. Sprague has also served as a Special Prosecutor for various District Attorneys in the United States.
