- Mr. Hardy is currently an attorney at the Sprague
& Sprague law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is lead counsel
in federal and state litigation, including jury and appellate work.
His practice includes representation of major participants in various
business transactions.
- Mr. Hardy served in the Carter administration as Assistant
Solicitor in the Office of Surface Mining in the Interior Department,
implementing the federal regulation of the environmental effects of
coal mining.
