My Funding Factory

The Glenwood Public Library is in Glenwood City Hall on 2nd Street, just one block up the hill from the
1st National Bank on Highway 8. There is plenty of parking for cars, bikes, skateboards and baby strollers!

We hope you will drop by and visit us!

The Glenwood Public Library has:

a large selection of books of every variety

family oriented videos

educational, recreational and music CD's

free public Internet access

free or really cheap books and magazines

The time limit on using the computers is one hour
if there is someone waiting. People applying for
jobs or doing school work have priority over people
wanting to play games or just "goof around".

Many of our children's books are used
in the Accelerated Reader programs of neighboring
schools such as the Amity, Glenwood,
Kirby and Caddo Hills Elementary Schools .

Children LOVE it when a parent takes the time to read to them!
Create a loving bond with your kids that will last FOREVER!
It is never too early to start reading to a child.
Even if they don't understand your words they understand
the cuddling and the love and will learn to like books.
