Aunt Mae and Uncle Ernie’s Page

          I just learned from CL that dear Aunt Mae passed away yesterday, 31 March 2008. Candice and I visited her just last month and she seemed to be doing fine, so this comes as a real shock. CL says that she just stopped breathing and had a “do not resuscitate” order. She was not happy in the nursing home, but due to her rapidly advancing Parkinson’s, required constant care. She passed quickly and without pain, and she’s now in a much better place, in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father.

The pictures below are from our brief visit in early March, and I am so glad that we took that extra day and grabbed the opportunity to see Mae and Ernie when we could.  Please keep them both in your prayers.
