Randal Cornett Deed To John Gilstrap

This Indenture made this tenth Day of April one thousand Eight hundred and Nine
and in the thirty third year of the sovereignty and Independency of the United 
States of America Between Randal Cornett of the State of Georgia and County of 
Burk of the one part and John Gilstrap of Said State and County of Pulaski of 
the other part Winefseth that the said Randal Cornett for and in consideration 
of the Sum of Four hundred dollars to him in have paid by the said John Gilstrap 
the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged that granted bargained and sold and 
by these presence doth grant bargain sell Relese and Confirm Unto the said John 
Gilstrap His heirs and  afsigns forever all that parcel or Tract of Land lying 
and begin in the County of Pulaski and in the twenty fourth district Containing 
two hundred two and a half acres Which is Known and Distinguished in the plan of 
said District by the Number three hundred and Sixty three having such Shape form 
and marks as appears by a plate of the same hereunto Annexed To have and to hold 
that said tract or Lot of Land together with all and singular

The rights Members and appurtenances thereof Whatsoever unto the Said John 
Gilstrap his heirs And afsigns to his ad their own purpose use benefit and 
behoof, and doth hereby Warrent and forever Defends that aforesaid tract of Land 
every part and ---------- thereof to the Said John Gilstrap His heirs and 
afsigns forever from every person or Persons Lawfully Claiming or to Claim the 
same and I the Said Randal Cornett doth hereby oblige my Self my heirs Executors 
and Administrators to make any other further Rights that the said John Gilstrap 
his heirs or afsigns or their Council in the Law doth Learned by advise or 
Defise at their proper charge and expenses Witnefs my hand and seal and Dated as 
above
