William McCormack Deed To Jeremiah Gilstrap

This Indenture made this the twenty First day of January one thousand Eight 
hundred and Eight and in the thirty second thirty third year of the sovereignty 
and Independence of the United Sates of America, Between William McCormack of 
the state of Georgia and County of Burk of the One part and Jeremiah Gilstrap of 
the State and County aforesaid of the other part, Witnefseth That the said 
William McCormack for and in consideration of the sum of two Dollars paid to the 
State of Georgia as the Law directs for the  payment of the Fractional Lands 
sold in the Last Contemplated Lottery hath grants bargained sold Released and 
Confirmed unto the Said Jeremiah Gilstrap his heirs and afsigns all that 
fractional Survey Containing Four acres lying on  the oakmulgee River that 
twenty fourth District Wilkerson County Known and Distinguished by the Number 
1366 Adjoining Lot 3671 and Lot 3641 Signed by the Honourable Jared Irwin Esq. 
Govenor and Commander in Cheaf and over said State bearing Date this the twenty 
fourth day of November Eighteen hundred and sevens, together with all and 
singular the Rights and Members thereof Whatsoever to the Said tract of Land 
being.....
