Introduction
One purpose of The Artisan is to offer comment, criticism and recommendations to those of you who have logged onto our site. We do that by having staff keeping an eye out for anything which may help visitors enjoy Italian Foods and Breads. Sometimes this includes travel tips, even though we are not a travel site per se. At other times, we shall include suggestions for books, events, and just about anything we feel might be of interest to aficionados of Italian culture.
