Well, I had a pretty good time in Vegas. The concerts were

Gotta Shake Something
Prince played some acoustic guitar during Cool and Jungle
Love and also added some keyboard jamming at the end of the latter. Mike also
appeared on stage to play some guitar on a few songs. There were about a dozen
girls from the audience dancing on stage at the end of If The Kid Can't Make
You Come and during Ice Cream Castles.
Mike Scott played guitar for most of the night, standing to
the side of the stage out of the way. I
asked him why he was playing from offstage and he just smiled.
After the concert, they played 2 versions of 1999--the new
master, which reminded me of the Purple Medley. Then The Artist introduced everyone involved with the new
version, including Rosie Gaines. It was
weird hearing him talk. He said that
Doug E Fresh missed his plane. I
cheered then. :) (too bad he made it there on Saturday though. :) )
Celebrity spottings were Prince groupies Jamie Foxx, Chris Rock and Carmen Electra. Larry Graham watched the concert from the upper balcony with his wife, and looked really bored to be there. The Artist spent much of the concert in the mixing board.
