Ms. Franz has a BS in Human Resources and is certified in: Myers-Briggs, Bob Pike Trainer Training, Texaco Diversity Program, Roosevelt Thomas Diversity Training, and is currently training in Non-Violent Communication.

TheDivorceForum.com, she is a stand-up comic and humorist, the author of nine books, an artist and has hosted over 150 television shows. She is also currently the Youth and Family Director for Trinity Lutheran Church in Santa Barbara, California where she presents and teaches for Pre-Kindergarten through college students. Ms. Franz is on the board for The Santa Barbara Book and Author Festival and also for Donkey Talk (A Faith-based Improv Comedy Troupe) She is a humanitarian working for Women and Children at Risk.

Fees:
Training - $2,000 a day plus expenses (Special rates for multiple days, non-profits and government agencies)
