Welcome to Floor Decor & More! by Geree. My painted floor cloths are original designs on heavy canvas with several coats
of acrylic paint followed by four coats of acrylic sealant to create unique floor cloths that are long lasting, durable, and
easy to maintain. My vibrant designs with lush colors brighten dark halls, entry ways, children's rooms, kitchens and bathrooms,
and any room decor that needs a punch of color. Floor cloths are best used on hard floor surfaces, stand up to high traffic
areas, and are easily cleaned with a damp mop.
I accept commissions priced at $12.50/square foot which includes shipping. I also accept licensing contracts.

A Brief History of Floor Cloths
Floor cloths are an art form that goes back centuries. First used in this country during the 1700's, discarded sails were
often recycled to cover entire dirt floors. A blank canvas begs to be painted, even on the floor. Predictably, floor coverings
were created that were decorative and artistic. Floor cloths were widely used until the advent of linoleum when they were
no longer needed. Eventually, they went out of vogue, but innovative artists during the 1960's revived the art and now floor
cloths are making a comeback as more people are discovering this decorative, yet functional, art intended for the floor. The
dynamic designs and vivid colors of my floor art will accent any room in your home or office.
