Bonnie

Bonnie was our youngest but is now the next-youngest (ever since Murphy joined us in February 2003). Bonnie was born in July, 2001 as part of a litter of 5. The litter names had the theme of "famous gangsters." Bonnie's official registered name is "Regal's Bonnie Barker," derived (i.e., slightly modified) from Bonnie Parker of "Bonnie & Clyde" fame. Her littermates include Nelson (Baby Face Nelson), Kate (Ma Barker, whose first name was Kate), Al (Al Capone), and Bugsy (Malone). All 5 have finished their AKC championships -- Bonnie finished hers in Long Beach in December, 2002.

Bonnie is a 13" beagle, unlike Shasta who is in the 15" variety.
