Unknown Girl

No clue who this is or what kind of "uniform" she is wearing.
The jacket style is definetly very post civil war and the hat,
while it does slope down from back to front, we can not
place it. The back of the photo has three words that seem
to be the same. The words look like the word over.This
photo is one we would especialy like some information on
so if you can help please let us know.
