Below are some of the animals who have been adopted from Gemini Farm. Although we miss them, we are happy that they, as well as the their adopting families, are beginning new chapters in their lives

Congratulations to Tom and Heather on their recent adoption of CC, an Alpine wether (on the left of this photo) CC came to us through the Broome County Sheriff's Department. He was abandoned by his owner, who tied him to an old school bus. Some kind hearted and compassionate sheriffs called me and then helped transport him to the farm. CC was neutered and is now living with his friend Moon (a Pygmy goat) in Owego, NY.

THANK YOU Tom and Heather for providing CC with a wonderful and loving home

Millie and her 4 babies arrived in July of 2005. Millie belonged to an elderly couple and when one of them died the other was no longer able to care for her cats. Millie and her babies were 5 out of about 25 that needed rescuing but I am happy to say that many good hearted people stepped up to the plate and all the cats are safe.

This bunny was found about in June of 2006 wandering in a back yard. The man who found him brought him to us and it is clear the bunny was abandoned. He is blind and we are thankful someone rescued him before he was killed. Other than being blind he is healthy. He loves people. He was recently adopted

Young male rex bunny

This rabbit was recently adopted went to the county fair with a neighbor's daughter and took first place. Not bad for an unwanted bunny!!!

stinky.jpg

Stinky came to us two years ago. His owner was about to send him to a livestock auction and asked if we would take him. While livestock auctions are a part of life and some do handle animals humanely we have been to too many that care very little about the well being of the animals being sold....so of course we took Stinky.

March, 2007: Stinky was recently adopted ! Yea !!!

This bunny belonged to a child who lost interest in him. He is now neutered and off to his new home. He is an American Fuzzy Lop
