Site under
construction, many more pics and info on more of my interests
(hopefully) coming soon.
This
is a pic of my first car, got it when I was 14 years
old, started driving it shortly after I turned 16. This
was taken around March of '98. The car's appearance
has remained relatively unchanged (except for the color)
since it was "finished" (made drivable) in
April of 1990. If you reside in the Branson MO, or Goodland
KS (in 1993) areas, you may have seen me driving it
around. This car was built, then rebuilt and painted
red (after a tourist wiped me out) at LaCore Paint &
Body in Branson MO. My parents own the shop, so it works
out really well.
I finally
found my pics of when it was black!!! I was missing
these, they are the only ones I have. These were taken
the first day I drove it, I was only 16 years old and
been licensed for only 3 months. It was pretty fun driving
this to high-school for the first time (I kept it's
existance pretty quiet - more fun that way). We had
spent a lot of time working up to this day, the pics
do not do the paint & body work justice. I also
have some pics from when I first got it, it was Midnight
Blue, stock, rough, and wrecked. I have some of the
second accident, before it became Red also, I will post
them as soon as I find them.

Here
it is at an idle, the quality is poor, but I recorded
this from my laptop's mic, it turned out better than
I thought it would:
This
is an accelleration run, ran it up to around 75~80 MPH
I think. It was very cold and the windows were up, so
you can barely hear it idle when I took off:
This car
is currently equipped with a 4-Bolt main 350 .030 over
with '69 model 300hp cylinder heads. The cam is an Edelbrock
Torker plus with 232 deg intake and 234 deg exhaust duration
at .050 lift, the total lift of the cam is .487. It has
a TH350 and a recently added TCI 2500 rpm stall converter
(Quite possibly the best money I have spent in a while).
An Electromotive
TEC II Distributorless Ignition and Phase Sequential Fuel
Injection system currently handles the fuel and voltage
delivery. It is in MAP configuration, running closed loop,
with 27 lb/hr injectors, and 1000 cfm 4bbl air door. I
started with the Super*Blend software, but have now upgraded
to Wintec.
Future
plans include a 400 small block, hydraulic roller cam,
higher performance heads, some suspension mods, some cleaning
up of the underhood, interior, and electrical wiring,
and maybe even some new wheels.
