Final payment of any balance is to be paid at time of this horse's pick-up - cash only for balance – any checks to
make final payment with must be received by the Gann’s no later then 14 days prior to pick-up to allow for clearance
with the bank.. a wire transfer option is also available; no animal may be removed until the balance owed has been paid in
full.
Failure to pick-up this horse within 7 days of scheduled pick-up date will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid,
as will a failure to pay scheduled monthly payments within 7 days of payment due date. If Buyer’s can not pick-up this
horse as scheduled, they may request a new pick-up date mutually agreed upon in advance, but a $10.00/day boarding fee may
be added to remaining balance; failure to pick-up this horse by new date will result in all monies paid being forfeited to
the Sellers and this contract will be considered null and void!

NOTE: Signed transfer and original AQHA or APHA registration certificate to be given to Buyers upon final and full
payment (or proof provided that the registration is pending). Buyers understand that this horse sells “as is”
– all known defects or issues will have been disclosed; Buyer’s have been offered the option of having a vet inspect
the animal prior to purchase agreement (at buyer’s expense). All monies paid to Sellers will be retained by Seller’s
and the buy/sell agreement voided if buyer changes his/her mind and decides not to purchase this horse at any time prior to
pick-up!
VET CARE CLAUSE: The Gann’s, during this time, take responsibility to provide all necessary worming and trims
for the above mentioned horse, continue with handling training, and provide adequate feed and nutrition so that said animal
is in good weight when picked-up by buyers. The Gann’s will also exercise reasonable care in providing a safe environment
for said horse - however, accidents and acts of God do happen - buyer shall be liable for one half of any vet bills incurred
during this 60 day period, should the horse become sick or injured - and will be required to pay this amount prior to final
purchase, on or before pick-up date. Failure to pay this will result in a forfeiture of all monies paid to date, and this
contract will be considered null and void.

Please print, sign, and send two copies of this agreement with a deposit check for $______ made out to “Patrick or
Valerie Gann”. A copy will be returned to you with our signatures! We can not consider any horse sold until we receive
a copy of this agreement!

Thank you for purchasing a horse from the G Bar M Ranch. All foals/weanlings will halter, lead,
tie, groom, pick-up feet, be respectful, UTD worming & trims (as needed), and have received a 5 way shot at time of pick-up.
However, a coggins is provided only on horses 6 months or older; health papers, or vet checks, are considered the Buyers
responsibility. We have three vets who operate in this area, and will gladly supply you with their names and phone numbers
upon request. |
