Educational Process

Home English Major Graduate Program Schools History Via Modeling

Education is a life-long process, one that includes very formal classroom experiences, as well as self directed avocations that provide relaxation and knowledge at the same time.

I have pursued formal education most of my life, starting with grade school in Upstate New York, and continuing through high school and on to two-year degrees from community colleges in New York State and California, and finally graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in English at California State University, Bakersfield in the year 2005.

As an adjunct to education in the classroom, I have looked upon my passion for scale modeling as a means to enrich my knowledge of history.  All scale models represent some historical moment or artifact, and the research that is essential to the understanding of that intangible, but integral, component of every scale model is a valued part of the modeling experience.
