Mozzarella Farm
Water Buffalo with the tour group. In Italy, the best Mozzarella is Mozzarella di Bufala, made from water buffalo milk. I saw it advertised all over this region of Italy. I also once found some imported from Italy in my local grocery store. We waited for them to finish making the day's batch so some tour members could buy some fresh Mozzarella (I had some of this fresh Mozzarella for lunch).
