Introduction
to the Ayurveda Yoga Series with Sarah Tomlinson
These workshops present the 21 asanas in the Ayurveda Yoga Series -
the special sequencing, the symbolism and healing benefits of the postures
will be conveyed as will the connection between the Ancient Ayurveda,
Yoga and the Science of the Stars.
This
is a unique opportunity to learn this approach to asana as at present
Sarah is the only practitioner sharing these specific teachings, studying
asanas with her is a joy that brings light and ease to the postures
