This tartan fabric is a 65% Polyester / 35% Viscose blend with a left-hand twill weave. The skirt is made with a non-rolling elastic waist for an easy comfortable fit, and the length is
just above the knee. (No Pleats)
Washing instructions: can be machine-washed in a gentle cycle, dried in the dryer, and ironed
as needed.

so here is a Tartan Bear to back that up. This special order only bear sits approximately 34 inches tall (almost 3 foot).
His eyes and nose are black suede and hand stitched to the bear. Available in
the Poly blend and Cotton, please allow 6-10 weeks for delivery.
